All purchases can be made securely online 24 hours a day at doornameplates.co.uk. We are a UK store and WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE. All items are delivered free to the UK. Overseas deliveries have a charge of £3.95 per item for the first two items, and thereafter at £2.50 per item.Your security is very important to us. Your card details are encrypted and dealt with by Paypal and are not accessible by anyone at Door Name Plates. You will receive an e-mail receipt from Paypal and e-mail confirmation from us of your order.
Delivery Schedule
We provide an estimated delivery time for every gift on our site, and in most cases these delivery targets are met. All goods are usually dispatched within 3-4 working days and usual deliveries thereafter are between 2-4 days. However, all our gifts are hand made and personalised and sometimes unexpected problems may arise. Seasonal events like Christmas and Easter may also affect the delivery times, or in extreme cases disputes by Royal Mail. For this reason we ask that in all cases you allow up to 14 days for delivery, although this is not a guarantee of delivery itself. Overseas deliveries may take up to 21 days.We would ask you to please note that multiple orders may arrive seperately as each item is packaged and sent as soon as it is made.
All our prices are inclusive of postage and packaging to the UK. Overseas delivery is fixed at £3.95 per item for the first two items, and thereafter at £2.50 per item. We have no hidden costs on our site. Post in most circumstances is by 2nd class Royal mail to keep costs at a minimum.
How To Order
Every Door Sign is personalised with a child's name. The options available for each gift are clearly shown - the name you require added to the Door Sign, and the colour of the name itself. Simply add your personalised details, select from the options presented to you and click on 'Add to Basket'.How To Pay
Choose to pay directly with your Credit Card, or use Paypal's Express Checkout. We accept Visa, Switch, Discover, American Express, Solo and Mastercard. Paypal account holders need only enter their email address and password. If you do not have an account then Paypal will simply process your payment using your credit card details.If you have any problems completeing your transaction for whatever reason then just let us know. We will be happy to accept payment by cheque and will process your order immediately upon receipt. Email us the the details of your intended purchase and we will send you a confirmation email and the details required for you to complete your transaction. You may also order by phone or by email - you will need to provide us with your credit card details in both cases.
